Well what a week this has been.
A week ago we had a major flood which called for evacuations of Sumas, Everson, and Nooksack. This is 3 major floods in 4 years. We were not affected because of a higher living location but many were. I n fact it has been a difficult time for all of Washington.
We are now experiencing and have noticed in the past something that is evident in crises and that is the kindness of others. Neighbors and friends and even strangers helping one another. May this continue. The coming together of communities is a beautiful thing to see.
So…what is happening in our family?
