When truth is spoken, lives are changed
Bangladesh 2025 – by Greg Weaver
This was my second trip to Bangladesh with my dad, and it was an adventure! We interacted with more than 300 people — from those who don’t yet believe to pastors leading local congregations.
Many days, we spent time in Genesis 1 & 3 and John 1 — all three in a single day, about two hours each — discovering who our God is, how Jesus and the Holy Spirit are part of it all, and what that means for everyone listening. Almost everyone we met was surprised to find connections they’d never noticed before.
It’s such a privilege to see the Holy Spirit continuing to work in the different places we visited. Another highlight for me was serving as a third person to reflect and help debrief with my dad and his Bengali partner/interpreter. They’ve been working together for four years now, and it was a joy to help them process, reflect, and discuss how to move forward with even greater impact.
Finally, thank you to everyone who supported this trip — your extra generosity in recent months made it possible for me to be part of what God is doing in Bangladesh.
