“Within minutes, they experienced more clarity and progress than they had in months.”
It was an honor to spend a few days in Ukraine with teams who continue to serve in the middle of so much uncertainty.
What struck me most was not just their resilience—but their openness.
Even while carrying personal and team challenges, they came ready to engage, to learn, and to grow together. And in the middle of it all, they shared stories of the doors God is opening—through sports, chaplaincy, and youth ministry.
There was one moment that stayed with me.
As we walked through a simple TeamWorks exercise, one team began to talk honestly about something they had been carrying for a long time. Within minutes, they experienced more clarity and progress than they had in months.
It wasn’t complicated.
But it was meaningful.
We also had an unexpected opportunity to spend time with the field leadership team. As they reflected on how they each approach decision-making, it opened the door to a deeper conversation about how they can lead more effectively together.
There was a sense in the room that something was shifting—small, but significant.
Thank you for being part of what made this possible.
Your partnership is creating space for leaders to be strengthened, encouraged, and equipped for the work God has placed in front of them.
We are deeply grateful.
