Hello Everyone,
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! This Christmas was a relaxing time for our family, although it was not exactly what we were expecting. The week before we took an impromptu trip out to Bend to get away, spend time as a family and with the Smucker family. It was low key and just what we needed. When we returned to Sandy, illnesses and weather kept us from being able to spend as much time as we wanted to with family, but it did help us to slow down and have a more restful Christmas. We have missed Christmas in Weimar, we are thankful for the relationships here in Oregon, and we are looking forward to Christmas in Kandern next year. Here are some praises and prayers from the past month.
