Exciting things happening!

Women aren’t the only people impacted by abortion decisions. Men are as well. Curtis and I began doing post-abortion couple’s counseling with a married couple in our community. We believe God is going to do a great work of healing in the couple’s life and marriage through these sessions. While Rachel has been leading women’s post-abortion studies for the past few years, Curtis has never been involved. This is a new and exciting challenge and we are expecting great things from the Lord as we walk this journey with this couple. Please be praying for wisdom as we all meet together- there will be times we anticipate meeting separately (men and women) and then times coming together.

Indiana has been in different stages of reopening for the past 3 weeks. We have been fortunate to have been back to meeting together in the church house for the past 3 weeks. We have welcomed 1/4 of our regular attenders back while others continue to stream church online. We anticipate reopening everything back up July 5th (with continued safety precautions). Continued prayers as we meet together in person (and also online) are greatly appreciated.

Moving Houses
When we moved to Marion 4 years ago, Rachel’s Aunt Pam was living with us. That made us limited in the houses that could accommodate everyone. Now that she is thriving at a nursing home facility we are moving closer to New Hope Baptist Church and the kids School District. After having our house on the market for 6 months with no offers, and due to the pandemic, we decided to wait another year before trying to sell again. God had other plans however and bought buyers to us a couple of weeks ago while our house wasn’t on the market. He has also led us to a great house with plenty of room for Rachel’s gardening hobby. It is more centrally located for our current ministries and commitments. Please be praying for closings/moving to run smoothly. We will keep you posted with new mailing information as soon as we are able!
