Fall Rhoadarmer Update

Every leafy tree changes colors in the fall. Each tree unique in the hues and in the timing. Fall is one of my favorite times of year. The beauty captivates me. Much like the tree is unique- each work God is doing here in the lives of people brings unique challenges and beauty as lives are transformed by the Gospel of Christ. As each tree takes it’s time to transform into it’s glorious beautify so does each life. God’s timing and work is perfect and we can Trust Him.

Your prayers for us, and the lives we minister to is crucial! Thank you for taking the time to read and pray.

1. AWANA– Curtis is Co-Director and Rachel is the Cubbies teacher again this year. Hannah is also excited to help work with the cubbies this year. We have between 20-30 kids in this program and we are excited about what God is doing! Please be praying for our Harvest Party outreach on Oct. 30th. We’d love to connect with even more unchurched families.

2. Rachel is co-leading a Fall Woman’s Bible Study. We have had over 16 women participate. The study is covering the 8 I AM statements of Jesus while Rachel has been writing. Let us know if you’d like a digital copy when she has it completed.

3. Biblical Counseling– Rachel has been counseling 3 different individuals this fall. All 3 are set to complete their counseling within the next month. There are more ladies on the waiting list to take their places. Curtis has been counseling 2 young men this fall. Please be praying specifically for these two young men to walk in freedom from ongoing sin and also for comfort in the midst of hard times.

4. Curtis is leading a Men’s Small Group that began on Weds nights. They are reading “True Spirituality: Becoming a Romans 12 Christian” by Chip Ingram. Be praying for these men as they seek to become better disciples of Christ and be motivated to disciple others.

5. Noah is helping lead “Decision Point” which is a student led Bible Study on Tuesday Mornings at Eastbrook High School. They are currently taking a look at different Men and Women in the Bible.

6. Rachel will be speaking at the Grace Fellowship Church (Tremonton, UT) ladies retreat. Please be praying for her as she teaches God’s word for 3 sessions. This is the church our Brother-in-law, Jaramie Fellows, pastors.

New Hope Baptist Church (where we serve) and the Pregnancy Help Center (Rachel is on the board of directors) were able to host a Pastor’s Breakfast for area Pastors last week. We had 15 area pastors attend to hear the speaker Mike Spencer from Project LifeVoice. Pastors were impressed with the need to speak up from the pulpit on the behalf of life and also give the hope of the Gospel for those whose lives have been damaged by the ravages of Abortion.

Thank you for your continued prayers and financial support!

We could not do this ministry without our team members!
