We had to postpone our April trip to Nepal. The family that we were going to transfer our business to discovered that it would be less expensive and less government red tape if they started their owm business. So, we gave then our training curriculum and blessed their decision. We will have to wait to get back to Nepal and then the Philippines until things are more settled with New Life.
God is giving us the grace to be living out of our suitcases since January. We have been spending the past few months in Mariposa as our roles as pastor and worship leader mean more time with our church community in Mariposa. Several folks have opened their homes to us to stay in until we can find a more semi-permanent abode.
Please pray for us to continue in God’s grace. Also, pray for the incredible church growth in Nepal.

On Sunday February 25th we had the honor of celebrating New Life Christian Fellowships’ 30th anniversary. In 1994 while at a birthday party, a group of eight people had the vision to start a church plant in Mariposa California. New Life New Life has had an impact in the community and beyond over its past history. The last few months have been difficult, but God is faithful, and the church is experiencing healing and renewal.
We were blessed to have our founding pastor Bruce and his wife Debi Steffensen join us for our celebration. We are grateful for the grace God is showing to us. We are continuing to work with a church consultant as we move forward, and we are continuing to see growth in the church while God brings us restoration.
