It is not hard to see why Louisiana has so many automobile accidents especially in the cities. Within two months Jacob and I were in automobile accidents where our cars were totaled, neither one being our fault. Jacob’s accident was settled and then we set out to get him another call. I had a friend in Pennsylvania that had a 2006 Grand Marquis. He not only sold it to Jacob for a real good price, but he drove it down here from Pennsylvania.
My accident happened on Sunday morning while I was bringing Mr. Sal to church. I am Sal’s deacon and bring him to church on Sunday morning. We were stopped at a light and when it turned green I started to go across the highway. I didn’t even see the truck coming and this gal T-boned me in the front of my car. She took the front part of my car off and she ended up halfway down the block. If I had hustled across the street she would have hit me in the driver’s seat and I would be dead today. As it was the only real damage was to my car and not me.
