Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
We wanted to share some of the blessings we have experienced over the past year:
- God’s provision, providence, plan, peace, presence, and power in our lives.
- The privilege to live and serve in Nepal. We were able to build lifelong relationships. Served in eight villages, worked with children and youth, served in the local House of Hope Church, and was loved and accepted by our Nepali family.
- We were able to go on three treks, Everest Basecamp, Pikey Peak, and Langtang.
- We built a business in Nepal.
- We were able to be in the USA for the birth of our third grandson, Reed.
- We were able to spend lots of time with our family, including playing with the boys, helping our son and his family move, backpack and hike with Amanda and see Amanda’s plays.
- Attend a missions’ conference in Thailand.
- Meet my brother’s wife and reconnect with my stepsister’s family.
- Reconnect with our New Life and Emmaus family.
- Work as a guide in Yosemite during the summer.
- Peggy received a good biopsy report.
- Our friend’s the McFann’s provided a room for us to live in.
- Faithful financial supporters.
- Met new friends.
- New vision for serving in various countries.
- Able to be with New Life Church during a time of difficult transition.
