What a wonderful Mothers’ Day we had. One of the nursing home facilities opened their doors for us this Mothers’ Day celebration, and this was just the beginning. I was able to see some of our friends for the first time in almost a year. Sadly, some of the residents had passed away. A few ladies asked me about my wife, Linda; they remembered her compassion and kindness. They expressed their condolences to me when I told them that she had passed in December of last year. They had been praying for her health. The residents conveyed to me how much they missed the fellowship, singing, praying and Bible stories that we had every week. They are glad that the nursing home facility allowed us to hold our weekly fellowship meetings again.
